The countdown is over and Glow Day 2016 is finally here. As you probably know Glow Day is the highlight of our annual Be Seen Not Hurt campaign.

This week we have been promoting road and cycle safety to children and young people right across the UK. We have been visiting schools with our jelly brains and egg helmets to bring our important safety message into the classrooms.

Last year road traffic related incidents accounted for almost 20% of our new referrals. We hope, with your help, to reduce this number in the years to come. This is the fourth year that we have run this campaign, your support means that each year we can make Be Seen Not Hurt bigger and brighter.

Whether you were dressed in your brightest gear, attending a road safety session or helping to promote the important work we do, we would like to thank you all for getting involved. We look forward to seeing your photos each year, you really brighten up our twitter feed!
