Here at KCL Neuroscience Society, we are passionate about exploring the mysteries of the brain, unlocking the depth of our human existence, and creating a community where people can come together and enjoy the captivating world of Neuroscience. However, our work does not stop there. While neuroscience is indeed a fascinating topic, there is much that we do not know and unfortunately, this leaves many people suffering from a brain-related disease or disorder. We believe it is very important to show our support for the charities and researchers who are bringing us one step closer to prospective treatments and helping individuals daily.

This year, we are organising a virtual Neuro-centric University Challenge event to fundraise for the Child Brain Injury Trust and Motor Neurone Disease Association. Inspired by the BBC University Challenge show, we got in touch with Russell Group universities to create the ultimate Neuroscience quiz. The competition will indeed be fierce as each London university will battle to be crowned the winners of the ultimate Neuroscience quiz!

The universities contributing are:  King’s College London, Imperial College, University of Cambridge and St. George’s University London. Each university will put forward a team of 4, and the competition will last 5 days. You will not want to miss it!

We are also very excited to announce that Hank Green Hank Green from Crash Course is supporting our event by creating an awesome cameo that you can find on our website.
