The Child Brain Injury Trust is proud to be launching our housing rights advice partnership with PLG Consultants. PLG will be providing housing rights advice to families supported by the Child Brain Injury Trust.

PLG are disability property specialists who specialise in striving to create homes that enhance each individuals abilities. From property finding to settling in, PLG are committed to creating independent living by adapting properties to meet the needs of individuals living with disabilities following serious injury using an empathetic and logical approach.

She has extensive experience within the property industry including over 25 years in estate agency, property development and planning. Building relationships is something Denise is a natural at, not only with families but also outside organisations such as surveyors and agents to help move things forward within a project.

As part of this service, Denise will be offering advice on the following:

  • Advice around tenancy agreements to assist landlords and tenants with adaptations
  • Assistance with ideas for creating adaptive living areas, bathrooms & bedrooms
