The Charity is pleased to announce on Friday 6 May 2016, Irwin Mitchell and Kings Chambers have organised an evening of theatre to raise funds for the Child Brain Injury Trust.

The event will take place at the West Yorkshire Playhouse in Leeds and welcomes guests from 6.30pm with a drinks reception on arrival and the opportunity to experience a Bollywood Musical with a whole experience package. After enjoying the show you will have the opportunity to meet the cast of the show whilst enjoying an Indian buffet.

The musical itself is Laila – the story that inspired Romeo and Juliet. From the creators of the award-winning Britain’s Got Bhangra (People’s Favourite Musical – Off West End Awards), comes a new contemporary musical, retelling the greatest love story from the east – Laila Majnu. Laila takes shelter from a raging storm in an old bookshop, where she chances upon a book with her name on it. She is compelled to open the book and is consumed by the story – Laila finds herself in an old story and on a new journey…

Tickets cost £70pp. To register your place, please contact Rebecca Wesley. Places are limited, so please be sure to register early to avoid disappointment.

We would like to extend our thanks to Irwin Mitchell and Kings Chambers for organising what we know will be a fantastic evening and look forward to welcoming supporters.
