We are pleased to announce the Irwin Mitchell Edale Walk, which took place recently, has raised £5,470 for the Child Brain Injury Trust. The event was organised by Irwin Mitchell Sheffield’s Serious Injury Team and welcomed walkers of all abilities to take part on Saturday 17th October 2015.

Over 130 walkers registered to take part and walk either 8K, 15K or 30K through the Peak District meeting at Edale Village Hall afterwards for well deserved pie and peas. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Pukka Pies for donating the pies for our walkers and for all the hard work Irwin Mitchell put into organising this event.

Caroline Mitchell, a senior solicitor in the Irwin Mitchell Serious Injury team in Sheffield said: “a big thank you to all who have contributed to this event whether in the organisation of the event, walking or volunteering on the day or making a donation. We’re very grateful and delighted to have raised over £5,000 for this very worthwhile charity”

Thanks also go to everyone who took part and raised funds for the Charity. If you would like to organise your own event, or find out more about events in your area, please contact our Fundraising Team for more information.
