On Wednesday 25th February 2015, Michael Turner, Store Manager and Angie Young, Community Life Champion at Asda Wheatley came to the Child Brain Injury Trust Head Office to find out about our work and present the team with a cheque from their Green Token Scheme.

The Child Brain Injury Trust were lucky enough to have been chosen to feature as one of the three charities in December and received the most nominations. Thank you to everyone who chose the Charity awarding them with £200.

Emily Honey, Fundraising Officer for the Child Brain Injury Trust said: “It is wonderful to see the support of our local Asda store. We rely solely on donations from the general public to fund our work. Initiatives like the green token scheme at Asda are a great way to involved the local community in our work”.

If you would like to nominate the Child Brain Injury Trust in your local Asda, simply find your store here and fill out their nomination form.
