Focused Healthcare provide high quality nurse-led care that is safe, flexible and personalised, supporting children and young people through all stages of childhood and transition to adult services, up to age 25.
You can rely on us to be there for your child/young person, however complex their support needs may be; whenever and wherever support is needed. We offer bespoke care that is tailored to fully meet the needs of each individual, either in the comfort of your own home or to enable your child to enjoy accessing the local community or education.
We liaise with Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG’s), Case Managers/Solicitors or parents who are self-funding; in receipt of Direct Payments, Personal Healthcare Budgets or Direct Payments.
Whether support is needed during the day or at night, our local support teams are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
