This publication is aimed at helping children aged 8 -12 and their families cope after childhood acquired brain injury (ABI). James is a special little boy who finds some things more difficult than his friends because he has an ABI. Fortunately, James has an imaginary friend who helps him to remember ways to cope with some of the situations that he faces. This is a story about a day in the life of James and his best friend, Buddy.

The pack includes a guidelines book to accompany the story, a soft toy “Buddy” and a sheet of 24 stickers.

Story and Guidelines are written by Paula Spibey, Emily Talbot and Beth Wicks, illustrations are by Paloma Pedrera Martinez.
